Pricing your home staging services correctly is one of the most important parts of running a profitable home staging business. Charge too little, and you risk burning out. Charge too much, and you might price yourself out of the market. This calculator gives you a realistic ballpark to work from – based on the level of staging your client is after and the type of home you’re working with.

Our basic calculator prices your home staging services at the lower end of the market. This could be due to geographic conditions (for example, staging a house where the house prices are <$400,000), or because the seller’s budget is low.

For homes over $ 1 million, you’ll be able to increase your prices to match the level of staging that is demanded by such properties. As the selling price increases, and you get into luxury properties such as that pictured above, your prices will continue to increase as the sellers demand higher-end furnishings.
